GuitarMania®
GuitarMania® is a Greater Cleveland community public art project that has raised more than $2 million for its two benefiting charities – United Way of Greater Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s education activities. The project consists of 10-ft-tall guitars creatively transformed into works of art by local artists and national celebrities. The inaugural GuitarMania took place in 2002, with three following acts in 2004, 2007 and 2012. You’ll find these guitars displayed on the city streets of Cleveland, in our airport and in locations throughout our community for residents and visitors to enjoy. Corporations, organizations and individuals sponsor the guitars and select from a variety of local artists to paint, sculpt or decorate them. Celebrity artists also painted and decorated guitars.Nicolette's guitar design was selected as one of the few to go on and be sold as a miniature collectable sculpture.

Nicolette has a been a full time artists and entrepreneur since the age of sixteen. As one of six children to custom-home-builder-parents, design meets entrepreneurship has always been "in the blood".
"My business hinges on the bespoke process. It is my job to convey the spirit of my clients' vision. It's a very personal process and I love the versatility and range of clients, be it corporate or residential.
Her reach spans to 17 countries across the globe including the US, Argentina, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, India, China, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Turkey, Columbia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and Ireland.
Her clientele include many of Washington, DC's top interior design firms, Sherwin William’s Global HQ, Destino Vero Fashion House NYC, notable DC business and political figures , professional sports players and agents, as well as many of DC's favorite restaurants, to name a few.
"Once a client called and said that she was sitting in her dining room (which I had painted about two years prior) and wanted to tell me how happy the room made her feel. She went on to say that she often went to the room as it had 'such a calming' effect. It is moments like this that remind me of my purpose...and I'm lucky...I get to make people happy."
It is also indicative of Nicolette's strong belief in environmental feedback, or the newly coined term R.O.E. (Return on Environment). "The spaces and places we work, live and encounter are powerful. They either feed or deplete us. It's real and it is our job as artists, designers, architects (etc) to bring harmony to the world via aesthetics."
Design centric and dedicated to a lifetime pursuit of creating experiential environments, she decided to launch her abstract art line, ART + ALCHEMY, in 2017 with the goal of exploring a smaller frame of reference and to indulge her creativity in a minimalist direction. Her canvas work is contemporary in aesthetic with graphic design, landscape, and architectural undertones. It seeks to explore balance, harmony, color and texture to create meditative pieces.
"I have always been in love with the process. My work is very versatile...but the act of using your mind and body within the creation process is my passion.
After ten years in Washington, DC, she decided to expanded to Dallas, TX to service the incredible design / build field and be near family.
