OUR BESPOKE PROCESS
We work with clients every step of the way to create their unique vision. Everything we make is custom-designed to our clients' specifications with our expertise of over 25 years of experience in the mural and decorative arts field. We pride ourselves on having an efficient, effective and professional workflow. Sample boards are prepared before painting even begins to ensure you love the final product.
OUR BESPOKE PROCESS
Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority. Our bespoke process ensures an easy and enjoyable experience.
STEP 1
An onsite or phone consultation is step up to discuss general project details and your ideas.
STEP 2
Inspiration boards are created by us to lay out a general concept map along with pricing.
STEP 3
To ensure you love the final product, digital renderings or sample boards are produced based on your feedback to show you what the final work will look like before we even begin painting. We will go through as many rounds as needed until satisfied.
STEP 4
We do what we do best. A project timeframe is scheduled and final art is set into production. We have ample experience working with Designers, Architects, Commercial Construction and Home Owners to ensure the projects runs smoothly. * We are bonded and insured.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT /
LEAD TIMES
Given the bespoke nature of our services, we generally recommend initiating projects 1 to 6 months in advance, especially for new construction. By reaching out to us early, you will help ensure that we can adequately address your project requirements and provide ample time for the sample and rendering process. We strive to accommodate all our clients and would like to remind you that project dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be held with a signed agreement. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to collaborating with you.
